ACQUISITION CRITERIA

Sand Capital seeks new acquisition opportunities and is well equipped to analyze loans and real estate, set value, conduct efficient due diligence, and close quickly. This has made the company a preferred buyer of loans and challenging real estate.

Sand Capital's primary focus is value-add retail, with a preference for anchored centers over 100,000 square feet.

Our target purchase price is $500,000 to $50 Million and we are looking for value-add properties with at least 30% vacancy. Sand Capital will purchase assets anywhere in the continental United States, with the exception of the far Northeast, and with a preference for the Midwest and the Sunbelt.
