Justin Eller serves as Senior Portfolio Manager of Sand Capital and is a member of the investment team focused on acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions. He is primarily responsible for supporting the execution of business strategy on new acquisitions and existing portfolio investments through new leasing, lease renewals, lease restructuring, re-tenanting, asset repositioning, new development, redevelopment, industry network and relationship outreach, development, and management.

Prior to joining Sand Capital, Justin was an Associate with RRA Capital Management in Scottsdale, specializing in real estate advisory, asset management, and loan portfolio management for private and institutional investors. Prior to that he managed vertical construction and development for LaBlonde Development, with a primary focus on development in premier master-planned communities in the southwestern United States.

Justin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in housing and community development from Arizona State University.
